We are an international dance event company dedicated to curating world-class experiences where culture, creativity, and community meet on one vibrant stage. At the heart of our productions are two dynamic leaders: John Anthony and Daisy Nguyen, both deeply rooted in the global Latin dance scene with a shared passion for elevating dancers and building strong cultural bridges across borders.
Daisy John Productions is the team behind Thailand Latin Extravaganza (TLE) and Latin Escape Da Nang (LED) — two of the fastest-growing Latin dance festivals in Asia. These events bring together elite international artists, DJs, and dance lovers for unforgettable experiences of movement, music, and cultural fusion.

Daisy Nguyen
Organiser | International Dancer | Community Builder
Daisy Nguyen is a dedicated Latin dance artist and emerging global organizer with over 12 years of experience. She began her journey with championship wins in Vietnam and Thailand, where she earned first-place honors in prestigious dance competitions in 2013 and 2015, setting the stage for an international career.
After relocating to Thailand, Daisy transitioned from ballroom to Latin dance and became a key figure in cities like Phuket, Pattaya, Chiang Mai, and Koh Samui. Her travels have taken her to 13 countries, where she has performed, taught, and connected deeply with the global dance community.
With her graceful presence and natural leadership, Daisy is now stepping into the organizer role she has long aspired to. Her eye for detail, passion for culture, and strong ties within the Asian and global dance circuits bring a fresh, heartfelt perspective to event production. Daisy blends elegance, empathy, and dedication in everything she does.
John Anthony
Organiser | Founder – LRDA | Producer – IIDC
John Anthony is a prominent figure in the international Latin dance community, with over 15 years of experience in Salsa, Bachata, and Kizomba. He is the founder of LRDA Dance Academy in Bangalore, where he has trained thousands of dancers and nurtured a generation of Latin artists.
John’s most notable achievement is the creation of the India International Dance Congress (IIDC), Asia’s largest Latin dance festival, now running for over nine successful editions. Under his leadership, IIDC has grown into a world-renowned event featuring international talent, top-tier workshops, and major competitions.
In addition to festivals, John has curated long-running social dance events like Bachata on Saturdays (BOS) and KIBASA, building vibrant, inclusive communities over more than a decade. With a deep understanding of both event management and dance culture, John brings vision, scale, and executional excellence to every production.
